Merchvio opens its doors.

• Sign up and get your own workspace in a minute: its own database, its own encryption key, its own files. Nothing is shared with any other business.
• Four plans with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Prices in pounds, euros or dollars, monthly or yearly with two months free. See what you use, change plan or cancel online whenever you like.
• Connect Amazon, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce to bring orders in, send stock out and match payouts to orders (early access).
• Import last month's orders from a spreadsheet, shipped dates and all, and see profit per order, the sales report and the income statement for the month they belong to.
• Profit on every order: the sale, the fees, the VAT, the cost of goods and the shipping, on the order itself the moment it ships.
• Invite your team: each person sees only the pages, the numbers and the help they are allowed to see. Owners can restore their own backups and change their own encryption key.
• A new website, a real-profit calculator you can type your own product into, and a new look across the app: evergreen and ember, light and dark, a menu that never jumps and screens that update in place without reloading.
• A public status page: whether the website, the app, scheduled jobs, email, marketplace connections and card payments are working right now, plus any incidents of the last 90 days, linked from every page's footer.
• Guides: six plain-English, worked-example guides on the website (Amazon UK fees on a £25 sale, reconciling an Amazon payout, eBay fees for UK sellers, VAT for marketplace sellers, landed cost, and profit per order versus profit per month), each with its sources and the date its numbers were checked.
• Ask us: a small button in the corner of every page, on the website and inside the app. It searches the help as you type; if that does not answer it, send us a message from the same panel and we reply by email with a link to read and write back, no account needed. When one of us is at the desk the same button says "Chat with us now".
• Keep your backups off the server: every backup file can be copied straight to your own storage bucket (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2 or any compatible service) the moment it is made, with a set number of copies kept there. On Merchvio's plans your copies can also go to Merchvio's own bucket, in a folder of your own.
• Product research from your own numbers: teach Merchvio how your listings' best-seller rank turns into sales and it estimates monthly units for new ideas, with the range and how sure it is. No guessing from other sellers' data.
• Reimbursements: upload a shipment report and see every unit received short, what it is worth and when the claim runs out, with the claim text ready to paste.
• Keyword harvesting: import your ad search-term report and see which searches earn their keep and which only cost clicks, with a negatives list ready to paste.

Stock, buying and the books.

• Encryption at rest for customer details, messages, finance notes, saved passwords and uploaded files.
• Accrual books: a sale and its cost are booked the moment an order ships; refunds, shipping and payouts post where they belong. Reports on the health of your books and the value of your stock.
• Landed cost: freight and duty on a delivery are shared across the products received, so stock value and margins are real. Reorder suggestions from how fast each product sells and how long each supplier takes.
• Purchase orders you can print or email to the supplier; supplier invoices matched to what arrived; customer and supplier statements for any date range.
• Bank reconciliation from your statement file, with matching lines ticked for you.
• A notification centre with snooze and a daily digest, reminders, and tasks you can create from any order or ticket. Repeating tasks and comments.
• Lists everywhere: sort, filter, choose columns, save views, act on many rows at once and export exactly what you see. Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) to find anything.
• Team chat with voice notes, polls and shared files. Forms with file uploads, questions that appear only when needed, and a one-page builder that saves as you type.
• Email from your own mail server, invitations with a set-your-password link, password reset by email, and scheduled exports sent as attachments.
• Safer sign-in: two-step codes that cannot be reused, and a password check before anything sensitive.
