1. Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on this website, the sign-up and sign-in pages and the app.
2. What we have done
- Pages work without JavaScript; it only adds conveniences such as switching currency in place.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
- Colour contrast is checked in both light and dark themes, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Product illustrations have text descriptions, and tables have proper headers.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% and the layout adapts down to a 360-pixel-wide phone screen.
- Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
3. Known issues
Some wide tables, such as the comparison on the how we compare page, scroll sideways on small screens. Parts of the app's older screens are still being updated to the latest design. This statement was prepared on 16 October 2026 from our own testing; we have not yet had an independent audit.
4. Tell us about a problem
