1. What the service is for
Merchvio is for running a lawful business that sells goods: managing orders, stock, purchasing, finances, customer service and the team.
2. What is not allowed
- Selling or managing goods or services that are illegal where you sell them, or breaking marketplace rules in a way that harms others.
- Storing content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is abusive, hateful or exploits anyone.
- Using the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to collect people's data without a lawful basis.
- Trying to get into other workspaces, accounts or our systems; probing for weaknesses outside the rules on our security page; or getting round limits, permissions or billing.
- Overloading the service, for example with automated requests far beyond normal use, or uploading malware.
- Reselling or sharing access with other businesses without our written agreement.
- Using the service, or anything it produces, to break sanctions or export controls.
3. Fair use of limits and AI
Plan limits are there to keep prices flat. Order limits are soft and we will suggest a larger plan rather than charge you more. AI tasks have a monthly allowance per plan; we do not sell unlimited AI, and automated use that tries to get round the allowance is not allowed.
4. If this policy is broken
We may remove content, limit features or suspend a workspace, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where we can, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix things. To report misuse, email support@merchvio.com.
