Services you connect yourself
When you connect a marketplace or shop (such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce), your own mail server, or your own AI key, data goes to that service under your own account and its terms. Those services are your choice and are not our sub-processors.
Get told about changes
Workspace owners are emailed at least 30 days before a change. Anyone else who wants notice, for example your data protection officer, can ask to be added by emailing privacy@merchvio.com with the subject "Sub-processor updates".
