What you can do

• One queue for every channel

  Filter by channel, status or warehouse. Save the views you use every day and share them with the team.

• Stock reserved on arrival

  Each order reserves its stock straight away, so two channels cannot sell the last unit twice.

• Problems surface on their own

  Unknown SKUs, short stock and orders that could not post to the books go to one exceptions list and the bell.

• Returns that put things back

  Receive a return, restock or scrap it, and refund. The refund is split across goods, shipping and tax in the books.

• Spreadsheet import when you need it

  No connector for a channel yet? Import orders from a CSV or Excel file. Re-importing never creates duplicates.

• Limits per person

  Let someone see only one channel or one warehouse. The limit applies to lists, search and actions.
